Q. WHAT ARE YOUR TURN AROUND TIMES?

Turn around time will vary from project to project.

We usually specify at least two weeks of back and forth communication between KAES and the client to agree on a design style and then depending on the printing style between 2 and 6 Weeks.

CMYK Digital Print has the shortest wait time, however specialty printing can take longer.

We can however process rush orders at an additional cost.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?

There are multiple factors when it comes to pricing stationery and we cannot provide a one size fits all price list. We do however have starting prices for each of our services.

Stationery costs will depend on material, quantity, type of printing and time frame in which you expect to receive your items.

Q. CAN I PURCHASE A DIGITAL FILE?

Unfortunately, we no longer can provide our clients with digital files. We also will no longer be providing digital files for clients to print their stationery elsewhere.

KAES Collective provides design and print combo packages only.

Q. WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY WEDDING INVITATIONS?

We recommend sending out your wedding stationery as early as possible.

Save the Dates: 12 - 15 Months prior

Local Weddings: 3 - 6 Months prior

Destination Weddings: 9 - 12 Months prior
