Our Design Process

From elegant invitations to stylish save-the-date cards, our team of experienced designers and printers will bring your ideas to life with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

We are committed to making your event stationery experience stress-free and enjoyable, and we look forward to collaborating with you to make your dream event a reality.

  1. Get In Contact:

    Through our “Contact Us” page, let us know what you’re looking for. The more detail the better! If you are unsure, we can provide you with our event questionnaire to get you started on what you might need.

  2. Quote:

    Once we have reviewed your requirements, we will provide you with an approximate quote for the items you have requested.

  3. Design Drafts:

    Upon confirmation of your quote, we will begin to draft your stationery. You will receive this in PDF format for your comments, mark-ups and approval. It is important to us that your stationery is exactly the way you imagined it, therefore we allow up to three revisions of your design before production. (Approx. 1-2 weeks)

  4. Proof:

    The agreed upon stationery will be sent to you as a PDF for confirmation before print and production. Once this is approved by you and you are sure there is no incorrect information, we will then send your documents to be created by our amazing suppliers.

  5. Production:

    Your stationery is sent off to our fabulous suppliers to work their magic!

    (Approx. 1-3 weeks depending on print type)

  6. Receiving your stationery:

    Your stationery is express posted to you. This usually takes between 1-3 days. We encourage all our clients to send through images of their set up and stationery once they have received it! We love to see how happy you all are with your items and enjoying your events.
